We are a registered Company with charitable status limited by guarantee with a Board of Directors who have legal responsibilities for ensuring that the Company performs its functions and represents community interests. The delivery of our services is through the General Manager together with a team of four qualified Instructors, an Administrator, Numeracy & Literacy Tutor, and additional specialist services of Counsellor and Advocate.

The role of Dublin South East Community Training Centre is to provide the needed training and support services to the local community, of which it is a part of, and which it serves. This is done in a manner that provides a safe supportive environment in which each individual can learn and develop to their full potential, according to that individuals needs and abilities. We deliver four courses which are Sport & Health Related Fitness, Retail Skills, European Computer Driving License (ECDL) & Information Communications Technology (ICT) and Digital Media & Film Making. We also provide Literacy/ Numeracy support. Further details about these courses are available by contacting us directly. We are responsive to the changing and challenging needs of the local community and to the role of SOLAS and the CDETB in implementing National and Local Policy Initiatives.


Ringsend Community Training Workshop was officially opened by Ruairi Quinn T.D. Minister for Labour and the Public Service on the 10th November 1986, at its original site of Regal House, Ringsend. The building is a converted cinema and is a 40 place-training centre. We have since October 2009 relocated to 88- 90 Townsend Street Dublin 2 and are renamed as Dublin South East Community Training Centre( DSE CTC).
